Biography
Artin Rahmani was a 14-year-old boy from Izeh who was killed by direct gunfire from government security forces on November 16, 2022, during the Woman Life Freedom protests. He left poignant messages for his mother and on Instagram, hinting at his fate. His family resisted government pressure to bury him as a 'martyr,' and people at his funeral removed the Islamic Republic flag from his body. Following the death of Ebrahim Raisi, his family has faced threats and property confiscation.
آرتین رحمانی، نوجوان ۱۴ ساله اهل ایذه، در شامگاه ۲۵ آبان ۱۴۰۱ با شلیک مستقیم نیروهای امنیتی در جریان اعتراضات «زن، زندگی، آزادی» کشته شد. او پیش از جان باختن، پیامی تکاندهنده برای مادرش و استوریای در اینستاگرام منتشر کرده بود که گویی از سرنوشت خود آگاه بود. خانوادهاش در برابر فشار نیروهای امنیتی برای دفن او به عنوان «شهید» مقاومت کردند و مردم در مراسم خاکسپاری پرچم جمهوری اسلامی را از روی پیکر او برداشتند. پس از مرگ ابراهیم رئیسی، خانواده او با تهدید و مصادره اموال مواجه شدند.
